Hear Technologies Offers Option for Hear Back Mixer At Hear Technologies, we strive to listen to customers’ needs. In response to many requests, we are pleased to announce that we now offer an optional modification to the Hear Back Mixer that expands its capabilities. This option removes the limiter circuit and divides the “Stereo 1-2” mix into two separate channels.
This effectively gives the user eight individual mono audio channels. During the modification, the lower left “Stereo 1-2” volume knob is relabeled “1” and the lower right “Limiter” knob is relabeled “2.” In the event that you need stereo, you can still link channels 3 and 4, 5 and 6, or 7 and 8 as stereo pairs.
CAUTION: This modification removes the limiter circuit, therefore no hearing protection is provided for your ears against high volume levels. If you choose this option, the user must carefully monitor overall volume.
This is the perfect solution for those who do not use the limiter circuit and would prefer to have eight individual channels.
